Starting pay includes $53,500–$75,000 with uncapped commissions and benefits like health coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on AT&T products and services.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; schedules shared two weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and changes in products and customer needs.
• Assist customers to meet and exceed sales goals with coaching and tools provided.
