Job summary

AT&T in Frederick, MD is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced team on the sales floor. You will guide customers through options with a consultative approach and participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls to grow the customer base.

The role offers a 40-hour week with a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends, and uncapped commission with a competitive starting earning range based on geography and experience. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with progressive scheduling announced 2 weeks in advance.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and earn commission as part of AT&T’s full suite of products.
