AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Lutherville, MD to help customers explore our latest devices and services on the sales floor. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide choices and build lasting connections.

You’ll work 40 hours weekly, including weekends, with a clear path for earning uncapped commissions based on meeting goals. Training and coaching are provided to all new hires.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Maintain a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
