Job summary

The role offers a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with training provided if you are new to sales. Expect opportunities for uncapped commissions based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use consultative sales to guide customers through their options.
• Filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; be flexible and open to change to meet customer needs.
• If you lack sales experience, we provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
