AT&T Mobility Services in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the best devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach on the floor and participate in community events, online orders, and outbound calls.

The role includes a 9am–9pm schedule (including weekends), with opportunities for uncapped commissions and growth as you meet sales targets. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with tool and coaching support provided.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to develop strong consultative sales skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
