AT&T in Los Angeles is seeking Retail Sales Consultants to guide customers through options with a consultative approach on the sales floor. You’ll help with events, online orders, and outbound calls to existing and potential customers, working a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

Join a fast-paced team and earn between $57,016 and $75,000 with uncapped commissions; training provided if no prior sales experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guides customers through options with a consultative sales approach on the sales floor.
• Participates in community events, fills online orders, and makes outbound calls to customers.
• Works a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends; schedules published 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapts to a fast-paced environment and stays current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help meet goals.
