Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Irving, TX. You will guide customers with a consultative approach, promoting devices and services while aiming to meet and exceed sales goals.

You’ll participate in store events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to customers. A flexible 9am–9pm schedule including weekends is required; prior retail experience is a plus, and training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience with retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative approach.
• Participate in store events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls.
• Follow 9am–9pm schedule including weekends; schedules released 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with tech and services.
• Utilize provided training and coaching to achieve goals.
