Job summary

AT&T in the USA Texas region seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with a consultative sales approach, guiding them through options and helping them choose devices and services that fit their needs.

You’ll join a fast-paced team, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers. Work a schedule from 9am to 9pm including weekends, with uncapped commissions and comprehensive training that supports your growth.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
