Job summary

AT&T in Concord, NC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the right devices and services. You'll use a consultative approach on the sales floor, guide choices, and help customers understand options.

Weekly hours include 9am–9pm with weekends; you'll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to current and prospective customers. Training is provided if you’re new to sales.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options using a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; 40 hours weekly with seniority-based scheduling.
• Participate in community events and stay current with evolving tech and offerings.
