AT&T is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Consultant in Everett to help customers choose the right devices and services using a consultative approach.

You will greet customers on the sales floor, handle online orders, make outbound calls, and participate in community events while supporting a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and be trained for role.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; 2 weeks advance scheduling.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and evolving tech and customer needs.
