Job summary

AT&T in Boston is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using personalized sales expertise and a consultative approach. You will drive sales targets through the full suite of AT&T products and services, with comprehensive training and uncapped commission opportunities.

You will work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, and participate in community events and outbound calls. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
• Follow a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
• If no sales experience, training and coaching are provided to meet and exceed goals.
