Job summary

suncommobilecareers is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to work in person in the United States. You will drive sales of handsets, plans, features, and accessories while adhering to company policies and using required systems.

Essential duties include achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining store standards, and assisting new hires. A minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week and 18+ years old are required; Spanish language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmarks on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks.
• Follow policies and paperwork procedures and protect company assets.
• Master all required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, Paycom).
• Time attendance and scheduling are managed accurately.
