Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized guidance and product options. You’ll drive sales, handle online orders, and participate in community events, while maintaining a flexible schedule that includes weekends.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet goals. Earnings include base wage plus commissions with uncapped upside.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; schedules are provided 2 weeks in advance.
• Support sales goals with product knowledge and personalized service.
• Participate in events and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
