Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in West Springfield, MA. On the sales floor you’ll use consultative sales to guide customers through their options, applying your passion for helping people.

You’ll join a team that engages with the community through events, online orders and outbound calls, with a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, and a focus on flexible collaboration. Earn between $16.25 and $17.65 per hour plus uncapped commissions, with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks' advance notice for seniority-based schedules.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
• If you lack sales experience, training and coaching will help you meet and exceed goals.
