AT&T Store in Springfield, PA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers navigate our full suite of devices and services. You’ll engage with shoppers using a consultative approach and aim to meet and exceed sales goals.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Maintain a flexible schedule and work hours 9am–9pm, including weekends.
