AT&T in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose solutions from our full suite of devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide options, build relationships and drive sales, with uncapped commission opportunities.

You'll join a fast-paced team that values flexibility, training, and a customer-first mindset. Expect a 9am–9pm schedule with weekend shifts and strong onboarding to get you ahead quickly.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
