Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Peabody, MA. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, linking them to AT&T’s products and services to meet their needs.

You’ll join a fast-paced team, participate in community events, and handle in-store and online interactions. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, with training provided to help you reach your targets.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance notice for seniority-based schedules.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• You’ll be ready to adapt as we meet customers’ needs and goals.
