Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Mansfield, MA to guide customers with a consultative approach and drive sales across the full suite of products. You’ll handle in-store interactions, assist with online orders, and engage existing and potential customers by phone or in person.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, and earn an hourly wage plus uncapped commission. Training is provided, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn tools, training and coaching provided to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
