Responsibilities include presenting plans, cross-selling, and traveling to employer groups for onsite enrollment support. Strong communication and 2+ years in retail sales are required.

• 2+ years related work experience.
• Florida 2-15/2-40 license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and web-based tools.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets.

• Support special events, seminars, promotional events, and clinical programs.
• Greet customers, assess needs, host Customer Video Appointments, and provide informational tours.
• Track visitor information, enrollment activities, outcomes, and community engagement.
• Support team atmosphere and company values.

Job Summary

• Experience in a retail sales environment.
