Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years related work experience.
• Florida 2-15/2-40 license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and web-based tools.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative sales and service to customers regarding available products.
• Analyze customer needs and match them to appropriate products and services.
• Conduct plan comparisons and explain products, benefits, features, and alternatives.
• Cross-sell products and process sales through face-to-face, telephone, and electronic methods.
• Meet/exceed sales, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Manage leads through outbound calls, referrals, appointments, and retention strategies.
• Maintain customer relationships to drive retention and loyalty.
• Facilitate enrollment and education meetings.
• Conduct community networking, grassroots marketing, events, and relationship building.
• Build relationships with organizations and networking groups.
• Travel to employer groups for onsite enrollment assistance.
• Support special events, seminars, promotional events, and clinical programs.
• Greet customers, assess needs, host Customer Video Appointments, and provide informational tours.
• Track visitor information, enrollment activities, outcomes, and community engagement.
• Support team atmosphere and company values.
