The Opportunity

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and requests.
• Provide professional and efficient customer service.
• Verify customer information and confirm plan selections.
• Read and document required medical and eligibility-related questions.
• Schedule and process premium payments.
• Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and enrollment systems.
• Facilitate health insurance policy enrollments.

Location & Hours

• Our office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are looking for someone that can commute to our Office for scheduled shifts.
• Please note: **During OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD (November to January) there may be extended hours and possible weekend shifts.

Compensation

Our Customer Service Representative Position position starts at $17.25/hr/weekly. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement during and past your 3 month probationary period.
