Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion role.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed targets in a selling role.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen with passion for fashion.
• Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.
• Ability to enforce store operations and sustainability policies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Perform opening and closing of the store and assist management with daily operations
• Organize and maintain stockroom for easy merchandise access
• Oversee inventory control and partner to minimize store shrinkage
• Ensure cash register and safe accuracy and timely bank deposits
• Implement visual displays and merchandising per company standards
• Communicate visual and operational standards to the team
• Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of store interior and exterior
• Maintain fixtures supplies and store presentation standards
