Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep the store clean and organized. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays.

The ideal candidate communicates well, has a friendly demeanor, and can work in a fast-paced retail setting. Retail or customer service experience is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Read, understand, and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic math and computer/point-of-sale skills required.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government-regulated products.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum performance standards.
• Follow the company’s rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
