Job summary

Majors-Management,-LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and keep a clean, organized store environment. You will assist customers, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and displays in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires basic math, English proficiency, and willingness to learn POS skills. Prior retail experience is helpful; competitive pay and weekly on-demand pay are available.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Read, understand and speak English at an eighth-grade level and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

Meet company customer service standards.
Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of government regulated products.
Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to standards.
Stock and rotate products including coolers and freezers.
Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
Other duties as assigned.
