Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a busy onsite retail environment. You will operate the cash register, assist customers, stock merchandise, and maintain accurate pricing and displays.

The role requires strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Prior retail experience is a plus, with weekly pay options and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and speak English at an eighth‑grade level.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws regarding sale of government regulated products.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior per standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers/freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum performance standards.
• Follow the rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
