Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and operate cash registers onsite. You will help customers, stock displays, and maintain pricing accuracy in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires effective communication, a friendly demeanor, and ability to work with integrity. Previous retail or service experience is preferred, with weekly pay and growth opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company’s general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
