Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking entry‑level, full‑time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with a friendly team to deliver outstanding service.

Base pay ranges from $14.50 to $18.00 per hour plus commission. Earned wage access, 401k, and employee discounts complement the compensation package. Most stores operate 9 AM–6 PM with some Sunday closures.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods, including standing and walking.
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to develop rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non‑management open/close procedures and maintain a clean sales floor.
• Process sales, loans, and transactions per policies and regulations.
• Handle cash and negotiable items following established procedures.
• Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers to ensure a positive experience.
