FirstCash, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide.

The position offers $10.00 to $13.00 per hour plus an easily achievable commission on every processed transaction and potential up to 8% commission on transactions. Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Cash handling experience is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop a rapport and recommend financial solutions
• Performs non-management open/close procedures
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains merchandise displays
• Performs sales and loan transactions following policies and regulatory requirements
• Handles cash and negotiable items per procedures
• Answers incoming calls per company standards
• Effectively communicates legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions
• Communicates with coworkers and managers professionally
• Partners with staff to create a positive customer experience
• Completes assigned training
• Other related duties as assigned
