PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Parkway Plaza to deliver a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise, and support daily store operations.

The role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to work as part of a team. Part-time and full-time opportunities may include benefits and program participation.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact with customers and work well within a team.
• Proficiency with technology (iPad, registers).
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting rooms and stock room to ensure a safe, inviting store environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to SOP.
• Provide a Great Customer Experience and deliver on the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate outcomes to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
