PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express, is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate at Valley Plaza to deliver an exceptional in-store shopping experience. You will assist with stocking, cleaning and folding merchandise while ensuring the sales floor remains inviting and well-organized.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, supporting product launches, and driving credit and loyalty programs. The role requires availability nights and weekends, and a strong customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Availability includes nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a Great Customer Experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to management.
• Drive credit and loyalty program participation.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
