Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at the Great Mall location to deliver a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.

The role requires high school or equivalent, 0-2 years’ experience, proficiency with iPad/registers, and availability including nights and weekends. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, merchandise discount, PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Must be available nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow store policies to ensure safety of customers and associates.
• Assist with product launches and changes per SOP.
• Provide an excellent customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to management.
• Drive participation in credit and loyalty programs.
