PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Express store at Briarwood Mall. You will provide an outstanding in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning, and merchandising, and support daily store operations.

The role requires high school education, 0–2 years of retail experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential; prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred (min 6 months).
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Able to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Physical requirements met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs and explain benefits.
• Deliver on overall customer experience and resolve issues.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
