Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll help customers, assist with pawn and short-term loan services, and process sales with accuracy while delivering a customer‑focused experience.

The role offers hourly pay of $11.00–$14.00 plus commission; most stores operate 9AM–6PM with Sundays often closed. Earned wage access and employee discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable handling a variety of merchandise (firearms in FFL locations; certification provided).
• Willingness to assist customers and work with team; bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and process pawn and short-term loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
