Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn/loan services, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Expect $10.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission (2–8%). Earned wage access after day 2, employee discounts, and a tenure-based time-off program are offered where applicable. Flexible weekend hours and benefits vary by location.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and assist with pawn and short-term loan paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying and selling decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
