Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The role offers hourly pay with up to 8% commission on transactions and wages earned in a commission structure. Earned Wage Access is available and employees may participate in a 401(k) after six months.

Duties include customer service, sales, loans, and cashier responsibilities. You will greet customers, process transactions, maintain the sales floor, and assist with inquiries.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures and maintains store cleanliness and displays.
• Handles sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
• Communicates with coworkers and managers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Works with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, electronics, and tools.
• Participates in training and other duties as assigned.
