Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The role focuses on lending and retail transactions, delivering friendly service and product knowledge to customers.

As a part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate, you will earn an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. The position includes benefits like Earned Wage Access, employee discounts, and a 401(k) plan after six months of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, building rapport and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Process sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and management to ensure a positive customer experience.
