Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You will greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience at the counter and layaway/loan area.

Earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission. Benefits include earned wage access, employee discounts, and 401(k) auto-enrollment after six months, with flexible hours mostly 9AM–6PM and some Sundays closed.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
