Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associates to join our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and help with a wide range of merchandise while delivering friendly service.

Earned Wage Access and an unlimited commission opportunity accompany an hourly wage. Benefits include employee discounts and 401(k) enrollment after six months, with a typical retail schedule from 9AM to 6PM in many locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to drive sales and loans.
• Process sales, loans, and related transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Operate POS and handle cash per policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution.
