Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to provide friendly customer service, assist with pawn and short-term loan inquiries, and maintain organized displays on the sales floor.

Earn $10.00-$13.00 per hour plus commission up to 8%, with usual hours 9AM-6PM in most stores and Sundays occasionally closed. The role includes benefits, earned wage access, discounts, 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible retail schedule.
