Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our stadium shops and pop-ups. You will help fans showcase team pride and bring home official merchandise at Nu Stadium on game days.

You will engage fans with enthusiasm, share knowledge about the club, and facilitate accurate transactions using the point-of-sale system. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work during home matches, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work 6–8 hour shifts on match days.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver a world-class fan experience in our stadium retail store,on game days only.
• Engage and assist fans with enthusiasm, sharing your knowledge of the club and merchandise.
• Operate point of sale systems efficiently to ensure smooth and accurate transactions.
• Provide product information and communicate in-store promotions clearly.
• Keep the store organized and visually appealing throughout the shift.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.

Requirements

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be available to work during home matches, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work approximately 6-to-8-hour shifts on Inter Miami CF match days.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and organize inventory in both indoor and outdoor settings.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus.
