Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking applicants who can deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a US retail environment. The role emphasizes accurate sales processing, cash handling, and assisting customers with financing when needed.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, be legally authorized to work in the US, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
