Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused associate to join our retail team in the United States. You will provide outstanding service, process sales orders accurately, and help achieve store KPIs while delivering a positive guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in customer service or sales, are legally eligible to work in the US, and can lift up to 25 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
