Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a store associate to deliver outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and drive sales in a retail setting. You will process transactions, handle cash, and contribute to loss prevention and inventory processes.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of customer service or sales experience, are 18+, and can lift up to 25 lbs. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
