Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a frontline customer service associate to join our retail team in the United States. You will deliver outstanding service to customers and guests while processing sales and handling basic financing inquiries.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, be legally eligible to work in the US, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. This role emphasizes achieving sales goals and adhering to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
