Job summary

Lowe's in Moreno Valley is hiring team members to assist customers and stock merchandise in a fast-paced home improvement store. You will help customers locate products, process orders, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining a clean, organized aisles.

Role requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail tech, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training across store areas is available to support excellent service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand/sit for long periods, and perform duties as needed.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by stocking shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to support customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
