Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with basic math and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Fit customers with appropriate NB products and inform about promotions.
• Keep floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and priced.
• Protect products by tagging, monitoring floor merchandise, and reporting shrinkage or security issues.
• Follow safety regulations and proper lifting procedures.
