Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, operate cash registers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will assist customers with purchases, restock merchandise, and ensure accurate pricing and appealing displays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and speak English at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to laws and regulations regarding government-regulated products and services.
• Detail-cleaning of store interior and exterior.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
