Job summary

Golden Nugget Lake Tahoe is hiring a Security Officer to deliver exceptional guest service and protect property assets. Responsibilities include casino operations support, area patrols, and enforcing rules with accuracy and discretion.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays. A Nevada gaming license must be obtained prior to employment and CPR certification is recommended.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and articulate communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in basic math and reporting.
• Must pass gaming background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests and employees.
• Perform casino-related responsibilities such as fills, credits, drops, and voids.
• Conduct security patrols in assigned areas of the property.
• Verify age 21+ and access in restricted areas.
• Enforce Code of Conduct and internal rules.
• Complete security reports and investigations as needed.
