Job summary

RedLion Mobility in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for an in-person, full-time role. Base pay is $13/hour plus monthly commissions, with total annual compensation ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 based on hourly pay and commission performance. Expected hours are approximately 40 per week.

The role focuses on engaging customers, presenting telecom products and services, upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced retail store environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in wireless, mobile, cable, internet or retail.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience selling products, services, upgrades, or add-ons. Wireless, mobile, cable, internet, telecommunications, or retail sales experience is strongly preferred
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs
