RedLion Mobile is hiring in-store Retail Sales Representatives for our Midland, TX location. This role focuses on engaging customers, presenting mobile and home services, and meeting sales and commission targets in a fast-paced setting.

The position requires 1 year of retail or related sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. In-person work and a base hourly rate with commission opportunities drive total compensation.

You’ll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.
• Must have at least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience.
